We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Services at any time without notice.

3. Payment and Fees

• All prices for our Services are provided on our website or as agreed upon in writing with the customer.
• Payment must be made in full before the delivery of custom scripts unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept payment via PayPal and Card. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery and Installation

• Custom scripts will be delivered within the agreed-upon time frame after full payment is received.
• Installation instructions will be provided if necessary. While we offer basic support for installation, we do not guarantee hands-on installation or troubleshooting beyond initial setup unless explicitly stated in your agreement.

5. License and Ownership

• Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the custom script on your server or platform for the intended purpose.
• The intellectual property rights of the custom scripts remain with Synergy Development. You may not resell, distribute, or claim ownership of the scripts developed by us.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

• Using the scripts for illegal activities or violating any laws or regulations.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code from the scripts.
• Sharing or distributing our scripts without written permission.

7. Support and Updates

• Support is provided within a reasonable time frame after delivery for issues directly related to the functionality of the script.
• We may provide updates to custom scripts at our discretion, but updates are not guaranteed. Any additional development work or significant changes beyond initial delivery may incur additional charges.

8. No Warranty

Our Services are provided 'as-is,' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the custom scripts will be error-free, function without interruptions, or be compatible with all server configurations or future platform updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Synergy Development be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including loss of profits, data, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use the scripts.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synergy Development from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including any violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any unlawful activity. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments or fees become immediately due.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambria County, Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pennsylvania, United States of America.
